This program is funded by the Five Hills Health Region and is offered to people who are caring for a loved one at home. This group offers support to each other for the difficult task of being a primary caregiver in their home. Being a caregiver is a 24/7 responsibility and sometimes leaves little time for the caregiver to relax and socialize with others who understand the work and stress of providing care in the home. The Caregiver meetings are the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of every month with the exception of July and August when we take a summer break. The program is facilitated by two Social Workers Leann Keach Director of Social Work at Providence Place and Gwen Knoll the Executive Director of Moose Jaw Family Services. There is no fee for this program.
